I'm concerned about his long-term health. If he has a hip-pointer and he plays with it, it could develop into a degenerative hip injury that ends his career. What's old is the notion that players are necessarily soft if they don't play with injuries that could affect their long-term health. None of us know the extent of Richardson's hip injury, and if the Colts are making sure that it won't endanger his season or his career, they are doing the right thing.
