The Broncos, at 5-5, are less likely to be a threat to the Colts than the Browns by season's end ...... the Colts have to take care of business either way, so if they finish the season at 12-5 or 11-6, the Browns finishing one game behind the Colts at 11-6 or 10-7 is still a realistic a possibility if they lose to the Broncos today. They still have to play the Jaguars, the Texans, and the Jets (who have a great defense, albeit a bad offense.)
In other words, it's still too early to tell what will most benefit the Colts in regard to the other teams in the AFC.
