Looks like Steichen decided Richardson got all the reps he needed in the scrimmages with the Bears earlier in the week. He says he hasn't decided if he will play against the Eagles Thursday or not....since they scrimmage with them tomorrow I guess it will depend on how many reps he gets as to whether he will play or not!
