That said, Dickerson eventually took the high road and said good things about his time with the Colts when he was inducted into the Colts' Ring-of-Honor in 2013.
"I had some great years there," said Eric Dickerson, who with Marshall Faulk, will be inducted into the Colts' Ring of Honor on Sunday when the team plays the Houston Texans at Lucas Oil Stadium.
"When I got there, it was the first time that they played on Monday Night Football in Indianapolis. That was a highlight for a lot of us, not just me, but for the city and the team and everybody."
