Unless he is one of those weirdos that believes in himself. You know, thinks he is a winner himself. And I think it is bullshit to call the Colts dysfunctional. If Irsay were to continue to put his hands into the stew then maybe yes. But it appears he will not. Had a bad year and when you do everything and everyone looks like shit.
