I don't care that much one way or another. I think he is actually a good motivator. I think he would hire good coordinators and stay out of their way. I get tired of the head coach treadmill. They all get hired and fired every few years and usually just comes down to whether they have a franchise QB or not. I will also say Saturday doesn't have an OC or an experienced playcaller. That is a huge liability.
I think Frank would have been a great coach for a young QB. But someone had to answer for the slow seasonal starts.
