He wanted to go shake that young man's hand and tell him he loved him and would always be there for him, but the ref's told him he can't do that until after the game and he was trying to explain to them that it's bigger than football and that young man deserves immediate praise, and he also has one of the participation trophies left over from the halftime brunch and would like to give it to him.
