Fully deserved, 100%! I love this team but I am rapidly losing my cool with the way this whole organization operates. Jim needs to step aside ASAP and let his daughter get this thing turned around- and that starts with Choppy being sent packing. Good man, probably another in a long list of good coordinators who make bad HC's, miserable head coach incapable of executing the broad role bestowed upon him.
