They are in first place, but they are not necessarily winning. The Titans are 4-3 since he went down with an injury, and one of those 4 wins was due to Jimmy Garoppolo playing awful than it was to the Titans playing well.
As
apballin pointed out, there is a good chance that Henry may not be close to 100% if he does return for the playoffs, but he is almost without a doubt their best player. I think that apballin is probably correct, and that he won't be much of a force that he usually is should he return for the post-season.
Also, I agree that Jonathan Taylor has been more valuable than has Henry. I said that he was the Titans' best player, not necessarily that he was a candidate for MVP.
