It wasn't the same situation, but I remember Belichick and the Patriots going for it on 4th and 2 from their own 28 yardline with 2 and-a-half minutes left to play in the 4th quarter back in 2009. The Colts stopped them, and Manning and company scored a touchdown to win the game by a score of 35-34.
