Ok here’s what I got
1. Upon arrival I see punters, kickers, and Pittman out there running around. 1st one on the field dudes ready to work
2. On field drills get started- Eason fumbled the exchange on the first 3 snaps which drew some “Cmon man” yells from the crowd then throws and would’ve been pick 6 on a screen pass, (great play by Grover) defense was fired up yelling and screaming the entire drill after first set of drills are over I noticed Big Q in a boot and I’m thinking no big deal it’s Big Q right? So I’m willing to give Eason some slack now for sure his entire left side of the line is backups
Next drill was simulated offensive drive downs 1-3 #1 defense still kicked offenses ass but Eason seemed to settle down hit Pittman with a nice couple throws over the middle (seems like those two are definitely on the same page) Paye and Buckner was in his face on every play Taylor looked real good on a couple runs but defense was all over em
Red zone drills- Eason hit paschal and Mo-Allie for a couple Tds he looked way more comfortable in red zone short area
Players that stood out
Buckner- in the backfield all day yelling at players to get on the field and get in position
Paye- looked very fast out there vs a backup LT so take that into consideration
Okreke- made some nice breakups over the middle on passes to granson
Kenny Moore- ofcourse had a great breakup of a Pittman reception
Offensive players
Taylor- dude looks great out there even the pass protection drill he was stonewalling guys
Mo Allie- high pointed a ball in the red zone and most decent runs went to his side of the line
Pittman- literally first guy out and after practice he was still running it’s like he didn’t wanna come off the field had a few nice catches he’s definitely Eason go to guy, but even when he wasn’t on the field he was standing next to the WR coach or talking to Eason
Eason- stayed after practice taking snaps, I believe the defense kicking his ass is only gonna make him better
No Leonard or TY today but Leonard was yelling and dancing around the entire practice
