Of these last three signings, the only one I would have liked the Colts to look at was Okwara. Let the Pats and Bucs spend their money. The more other teams spend, the less cap they'll have left. I can totally see Ballard waiting everyone out and getting several B+ FA to sign on for one or two year bargains because noone else has any space left.
Won't be Trent Williams, but he'll definitely make the team better without hampering his ability to re-sign Leonard, Smith, and next year, Nelson.
