Blackmon, a true senior in 2019, was named an All-Pac-12 corner twice and an All-Pac-12 safety in 2019. He plays the ball not the man in zone and has enough range to cover a deep half. He's not a center fielder. He lacks ideal recovery speed. He picked off nine passes over the past three seasons. He flashes above-average ball skills. He's willing to square up in run support and he tends to limit production after the catch. Sub-par angles lead to some missed tackles. He sustained a noncontact knee injury in the Pac-12 championship game and did not work out at the combine. -- March 2020
