Agree completely. The key word is development. We are still trying to develop our young guys. They have to play to do that. Taking away snaps so that you have a slight increase in production for a couple of years doesn't do that. I like that Ballard is all in. Nothing good happens when you half ass it. There is more than one way to build a super bowl team, but it really helps to at least have a way.
