The only other two early-pick guards in recent history are Jonathan Cooper and Chance Warmack (taken 7th and 10th) in 2013. Both are still playing but have moved on from the team that drafted them. Cooper is on his 6th team.

Zack Martin was picked 16th, that's worked out well for the Cowboys. Beyond that guards seem to be picked 20 or later.
