Any update on Sauce?

I watched the game without sound, but his injury sure looked like a season ending Achilles rupture. If so, that really sucks.

They are saying calf injury, but often that is code for achilles.

On the one hand, he was in a boot.

On the other, if it was an Achilles, it’s doubtful he would have came back to the sideline.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes on IR.

If it was an Achilles, he probably would have carted off. You can't move.

Technically, you can. Kobe demanded to shoot his FT after his ruptured.

That said, I doubt if it were a ruptured Achilles they would have let him come back out there and stand on it in a boot. Sure we will hear about the MRI results tomorrow at some point.

I'm not a doctor but I play one on social media....but you can walk on a minor achilles tear, but it is probably just a calf, but I will still be surprised to see him back, we bet the farm on him, we better protect him and let him fully heal.

Just read this, he doesn't think it is his Achilles. Still doubt we see him until the PO's if we make it.

The MRI confirms it is a calf strain.

Colts star CB Sauce Gardner, who suffered a calf strain in Sunday’s loss, is considered week-to-week with the hope he’s back during the regular season, sources tell me and Tom Pelissero after the MRI.

Not long-term.

But he’ll miss some time.
