If you look at the team, the one area that you can look at and say it has made significant strides- is the WR room. AD sucks, but I think that's just a function of Ballard drafting a guy that everyone else already knew he was gonna suck.

Give the job to Reggie. A luminary Colt with what appears to be a very respected stature. Dude stayed to help lead alongside Luck when he could have chased a ring. Let him turn the culture around by shedding the losers that permeate the whole roster.

Young guy who is at some point going to be in the HOF.
