Will the Colts Take Out Their Frustrations on the Saints ???

o

The Colts just lost a heart-breaking, very controversial game to the Cleveland Browns. When something like that happens, a team can go one of 2 ways ...... they can get demoralized and allow the wind to be taken out of their sails, or they can band together and come out swinging harder than ever to minimize and mitigate what they consider to be an injustice.

The New Orleans Saints appear to be an average team at best, maybe even a little below average ...... subsequently, this is an ideal situation for the Colts to fight back and take control of their own destiny going forward for this 2023 season. Is that what the Colts will do ??? Or will they once again disappoint themselves and their fans, as they have done numerous times in their recent history ???

Since the retirement of Andrew Luck, the 2020 season with Philip Rivers at quarterback has been the one exception to the rule in which the Colts have finished the season dejectedly ...... will 2023 be different as was 2020, or will the Colts continue the general dismal pattern that we have seen from them in the 2019, 2021, and 2022 seasons ??? Stay tuned, and be prepared for the unpredictable.

I expect another close one....although WR Olave was arrested for reckless driving yesterday, I doubt it will affect him for Sunday, but if he's not in the lineup, the Colts will have a much easier time of it!

I think they’re going to be pissed.

I can tell you I am still pissed about last week and only hope the Klotz carry over this same or similar level of irritation to grind out a victory this week.

It will tell just as much about this coaching staff as it does the team. Will they be able to harness the frustration and turn it into determination to improve?

The Colts came out swinging, alright ...... they jumped out to a 17-7 lead. But the defense played its worst game of the year. That, combined with a turnover at a most inopportune time, sank the Colts' ship this afternoon.

The short answer ??? NO, the Colts DID NOT take out their frustrations on the Saints today.
