In this draft, the Colts pick at 4 and again at 35. I'm hoping that at the least, whoever they pick there, they should be starters. The only exception would be if Ricgardson turned out to be #4 and Minshew began the season as the starter until they felt Richardson was ready. If the pick is Levis, fuck it, throw him right in and let him get some of that cockiness hammered out of him.
