Former Colts’ defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus is being hired as the head coach of the Chicago Bears, per sources.

I hope that wasn't a mistake. Should we hire Flores now? Fangio has already been here before, so I seriously doubt that happens.

All possibilities. But could be a promotion from the staff too.

Flores and Zimmer would be good grabs. Not sure either one of them want a coordinators job after being head coaches. Flores got shafted in Miami with a bunch of internal bs and and an absentee owner.

Lot's of up's and downs with this news.

Is it too much to ask to get someone smart enough to know the QB and the situation and not play 12 yards off Jax receivers?

Did any coach watch any film on them their last 8 games? WTF.

Give me someone whose defensive philosophy is a little more sophisticated than standing on the sidelines, fingers crossed, praying that the guy you’re facing wll screw up.
