Seahawks week 1
Russ about to get cooked week 1!!!!
|
I read somewhere Indy finally got a home Thursday night game, but it's against the Jets.
They've had to play that on the road what seems like every year against a division opponent, and usually the game is meaningful IIRC. On one hand I'm happy that they finally don't have to go on the road to play that game, because the difference in historical scheduling advantage was so objectively evident it's impossible to argue it's fair. On the other hand I am salty because I would have liked to see Tennessee (since they appear to be the only other legitimate contender in the south) draw the short straw for once and have to travel up to Indianapolis on a short week. All said and done, I'll take it. |
Some bright spots. Some of the late season cold weather potential games are now at home in the dome or in warmer climates. Dec. 18th or 19th hosting the cheats, Christmas Day in Arizona and our final game either in the dome or at Tampa.

Full schedule is below. The start of the season looks difficult. Don't like the Bye week so late either.
Sept. 12: Seattle Sept. 19: LA Rams Sept. 26: at Tennessee Oct. 3: at Miami Oct. 11: at Baltimore Oct. 17: Houston Oct. 24: at San Francisco Oct. 31: Tennessee Nov. 4: NY Jets Nov. 14: Jacksonville Nov. 21: at Buffalo Nov. 28: Tampa Bay Dec. 5: at Houston Dec. 12: Bye Dec. 18 or 19: Cheats Dec. 25: at Arizona Jan. 2: Las Vegas Jan. 9: at Jacksonville |
Looks pretty tough, but the games should be entertaining. A game on Christmas day! Sweet!
