I like this, he's a WR/RB hybrid type. He didn't test well, but flashed at times on film. They might be taking a flier to try to replace Hines.

Hines is likely to get an offer in free agency that we will not try to match, so that makes sense.

Hines is essentially our slot receiver and has been one thing a lot of guys are not. Healthy. I wouldn’t write him off yet.

As a USC fan, I'm going to say right now that Vaughns will not only make the team, but he will be the WR 5, and the punt returner.
