Ballard to be Extended

Irsay plans on extending Ballard this offseason. His contract currently expires in May 2022:

Well deserved. I'd expect this to be a top-end contract, maybe even a record setting deal, though GM salaries aren't always reported as thoroughly as player contracts (nor do they affect our salary cap obviously).
