The Chargers just had a Joe Theismann Super Bowl XVIII blunder moment ....... with only seconds left to play in the 2nd quarter, the Chargers had the ball inside of their own 10-yard-line. Instead of taking a knee, they handed off to the running back and fumbled the ball. The Buccaneers recovered, giving Tom Brady and company an easy touchdown just before halftime.
So instead of a 24-7 halftime lead, the Chargers are only up 24-14 after having dominated the game up until this point.
