Parris Campbell returned to practice
Parris Campbell (hamstring) returned to Colts practice on Monday.
This isn't the news it would have been before Andrew Luck's retirement, but it is still a much-needed development for the Colts. The No. 59 overall pick has missed essentially all of training camp. That, coupled with the Colts' quarterback downgrade to Jacoby Brissett makes it highly unlikely that Campbell will make an early-season re-draft impact out of the slot, but he is still a movable chess piece for creative coach Frank Reich. 1) Brissett throws a great deep ball
2) OL is vastly improved to give him more time than in 2017 3) Parris Campbell, TY Hilton, and Deon Cain can really stretch a defense 4) Success |
My hopes for him to have an impact this year are gone. Hopefully he proves me wrong

Damn glad to hear that!
Just one more weapon in a cache of em'. To me this is all shaping up to be about the OLine- if they are the same, better than they were last year, Jacoby should be just fine. |
About time we got some good news.

FWIW, Campbell apparently looked really good in practice today.

I certainly expect better than Chester Rogers level production. |
He proved enough in the 1st 2 days he didn’t need to show anything else
