Official colts vs falcons game day thread
I had nothing for the title.
Go colts |
Why the fuck so many teams with names of birds- fuck a bunch of birds, we're apparently killing them by the billions, so I say the slaughter continues today, Colts 31-17.

Colts 20-17
AV redeems himself with 2XP and 2 FG last one to win game  |

I hope we can over come more misses by Vinatieri today. The coaching staff needs to admit we have a kicking issue.
I also hope Atlanta comes in a little flat after their last min win at home in prime time. 23-20. (missed point and missed fg) |
If the Colts were to lose a close game as a result of another poor kicking game, AV needs to be replaced. IMMEDIATELY! That said, it would be nice to pull it out with a last second 47 yarder.

o
Last year the Colts started the season at 1-5, and then went on a 9-1 tear to finish the season at 10-6 overall ........ but that was with Andrew Luck at quarterback. The Colts don't want to put a burden like that on Jacoby Brissett, so they would do themselves a solid by getting their 2nd win of the season out of the way sooner, rather than later ........ preferably today. o |

Jacoby got a huge cheer from the crowd when introduced.
AV hitting everything in warm ups. Hit a 55 yds with plenty to spare. |
Starting out with the Mack attack!
|
Campbell nice job

We will take it AV.... cheering had to make his day and made FG was the icing. Now Win!
|
Sounds like a great crowd!
|
Can’t say that inspires any confidence in Vinnie but that was a nice looking drive. Gonna have to start hitting some intermediate/deep routes though.
|
He's still got it!!!
And I'm still nervous when he kicks. |

Freeman not having a good year... then he plays Colts defense.

First of all, let's raise a glass in memory of Omaha's friend from the board who passed.
Secondly, well, uhhh, that's one way to make a FG :D |
o
In my rat's ass of an opinion, the Colts fans gained a certain measure of redemption by giving Vinatieri a standing ovation, in light of the way the way that they treated Andrew Luck (by booing him off of the field immediately after his announcing his retirement from football.) o |
Turnovers a must today.
|
Nice Okereke!!

Why not decline?
That's taking a chance..... glad it worked. |
Nice stop by the D after that long 1st run.
|
I like Ya Sin a lot. The fact they got him and a Redskins 2nd round pick on top is a testament to Ballard's amazingness.
|
Rookie had good coverage on Julio.

I suspect that it had more to do with ........ A) Vinatieri is considerably older than Luck, hence even if he had quit after last weeks' game, they probably would not have been so hostile towards him as they were towards Luck ........ I think that they probably would have given Vinatieri a standing ovation even if he had retired after last week's game, and returned to the stadium today. AND B) I think that at least a certain percentage of Colts fans who booed Luck have reconsidered their actions at that time, hence they perhaps are a bit less judgmental in these kinds of situations. o |
Damn, Mack is quick as a cat.
|
Mack is getting it done!
|
Wow TY!!!!!! You a bad motherfucker!
|
TY is a beast. What a cheap shot by that Falcon bastard.
|
Eject his ass.
|
Even with Brissett this offense could be VERY dangerous!!
