I guess that they changed the rule which stipulates that a team scoring a touchdown on the final play of the game must line up for the conversion, regardless of the circumstances.

It happened in last season's NFC divisional playoff game, when the Vikings and the Saints had to put 11 payers each on the field after everybody had celebrated and crowded the field so that the Vikings could snap the ball and take a knee after the miraculous Case Keenum-to-Stefon Diggs game-winning touchdown on the final play of regulation.
