Probably wants too much to justify bring him back with two pretty well paid TEs already on the roster.

Nah, he looked at one point like he would be a solid all around TE, but now seems to just be a blocker.

Yep, they never used him in the passing game there, I think it was drops, they didn’t trust him. Plus they had gronkowski for that. He might be a better blocker than any of our current tight ends though. Ebron and Doyle and Allen wouldn’t be a terrible trio of TEs.

He seemed to have lost his confidence in the receiving game at the end of his time in Indy.

Mo Allie Cox really came on as a blocker last season and he's a better receiving option than Allen.
