I guess the one small positive about that extended wait is that the Super Bowl + NFL Honors program where it will be officially announced is in Miami this year. Fitting since he grew up in south Florida and played college ball with the Hurricanes. There are lots of friends and family in the area to celebrate with, too.

I’ll always remember that Miami game where Edge makes Zach Thomas miss completely.

I really just wish Edge could have been still with the team when they won the superbowl. I know Irsay gave him a ring, but I wish he could have been on the team still.
