Colts @ Steelers pre- season #3

Gore with a TD

Brylok 08-26-2017 07:47 PM

Haven't fired the computer up in a while. Who is starting QB?

DrSpaceman 08-26-2017 07:48 PM

Now take Gore out and sit him until the season starts.

smitty46953 08-26-2017 07:48 PM

Tolzien went 2-2 56 yards first drive.

I was just reading an article where John Simon was saying how helpful it was having Robert Mathis as an unofficial coach during training camp.....he was commenting how Robert was really helping him improve his pass rush and then he sacks Big Ben and makes the strip sack. I really hope that Robert can do what none of our real coaches have been able to do.....improve our pass rush capability.

Here's the link if you are interested. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...robert-mathis/

Farley laying some wood.

smitty46953 08-26-2017 07:58 PM

Farley looks decent so does Morrison

Who is the official LB coach?

Credit where it's due--he stood in there to deliver the pass on the long play.

Don't know

Colt Classic 08-26-2017 08:03 PM

This team is so strange. They even start the season late.

Coltsalr 08-26-2017 08:05 PM

Probably on Tolzien for not being able to hit an open Dorsett in the back of the end zone, but Dorsett again doesn't fight that hard for the ball.

He really is just a long pass-intereference flag (Dorsett) and where there's no PI, there's usually nothing else.

Brylok 08-26-2017 08:11 PM

Classic Tolzien

Racehorse 08-26-2017 08:11 PM

Just when I start thinking he was not going to be awful tonight...

Racehorse 08-26-2017 08:14 PM

Was that Mike with the TFL?

Coltsalr 08-26-2017 08:19 PM

Actually a good throw and catch for Dorsett and Tolzien there.

Good throw to drop that in on the sideline to Dorsett (when he was gonna take one to the chops) and good on Dorsett making a contested catch on the sideline.

Brylok 08-26-2017 08:23 PM

I wonder if they're featuring Dorsett to make him more attractive trade bait?

Brylok 08-26-2017 08:26 PM

Farley having a game so far.

I'm not normally a superstitious person but Mathias Farley...... name is awfully close to Mathis/Freeney..........hmmmmmm.......maybe the Colts gods are giving us something for dealing with 2 years of crap.
:D:p

As far as I know it's just speculation, but it's getting enough talk on Twitter is a speculative trade of Dorsett for Reggie Ragland straight-up...

I'd do that in a heartbeat.

Yeah I read that. I'd do it, too.

Brylok 08-26-2017 08:41 PM

We should make a run at Kony Ealy as well.

I would agree, but anytime I suggest a former Patriot, I get called a Pats fan.

Racehorse 08-26-2017 08:56 PM

So, who has an explanation for why we suddenly look competent?

Pagano said that this was "a gameplan week". Maybe they came up with a solid plan? It's a stretch but...

Now we all know that isn't it!

Racehorse 08-26-2017 09:27 PM

I think our new punter is going to make us forget our last one.

A. Dumb luck....broken clock right twice a day
B. Being a players coach this team is playing for the coaching life of clappy Mcwoodchopper
C. They know the cut to 52 is coming up and Ballard would cut his mom if the bitch wasn't useful
D. The killer bees want to hold their powder until the game that counts on week 10
E. It's a harbinger for a larger sports upset that will happen around midnight
F. All of the above
G. None of the above

I've never liked him at all, but Mayweather isn't going to lose to that chump. Zero chance of that unless the fix is in.

Likely not but the lure of all that money of a potential rematch? I can see them fixing it.

smitty46953 08-26-2017 09:51 PM

Natson wants to make the team

They got lucky with tonight's nonsense. There won't be a rematch.

smitty46953 08-26-2017 09:55 PM

Ferguson with a TD

smitty46953 08-26-2017 09:56 PM
