Seahawks week 1
Russ about to get cooked week 1!!!!
|
I read somewhere Indy finally got a home Thursday night game, but it's against the Jets.
They've had to play that on the road what seems like every year against a division opponent, and usually the game is meaningful IIRC. On one hand I'm happy that they finally don't have to go on the road to play that game, because the difference in historical scheduling advantage was so objectively evident it's impossible to argue it's fair. On the other hand I am salty because I would have liked to see Tennessee (since they appear to be the only other legitimate contender in the south) draw the short straw for once and have to travel up to Indianapolis on a short week. All said and done, I'll take it. |
Some bright spots. Some of the late season cold weather potential games are now at home in the dome or in warmer climates. Dec. 18th or 19th hosting the cheats, Christmas Day in Arizona and our final game either in the dome or at Tampa.

Full schedule is below. The start of the season looks difficult. Don't like the Bye week so late either.
Sept. 12: Seattle Sept. 19: LA Rams Sept. 26: at Tennessee Oct. 3: at Miami Oct. 11: at Baltimore Oct. 17: Houston Oct. 24: at San Francisco Oct. 31: Tennessee Nov. 4: NY Jets Nov. 14: Jacksonville Nov. 21: at Buffalo Nov. 28: Tampa Bay Dec. 5: at Houston Dec. 12: Bye Dec. 18 or 19: Cheats Dec. 25: at Arizona Jan. 2: Las Vegas Jan. 9: at Jacksonville |
Looks pretty tough, but the games should be entertaining. A game on Christmas day! Sweet!

A week 14 bye? The fuck?

We have the 11th easiest SOS.
https://www.nfl.com/videos/expanded-...edule-rankings I like the late bye week. Get ready for the RUN!!! |

The only potential cold weather game is BUF on Nov 21st.
Pretty hard early with an easier schedule later. |

I only see one game that is not in our favor and that is TB. ONLY because the refs will lean toward Brady. But it IS at home. All other games are winnable. Without doing much digging I am thinking 12-5. But we'll drop a couple due to the stupid covid BS rules. Losses to Tenn Baltimore and Buffalo TB the other one will be a fluke |

Patty Mac and AV on the schedule. AV: Trevor Lawernce? Never heard of him. Classic!! |
As an out of town fan in San Diego I'm very pleased with the schedule. Four national games on TV plus the Ram, Buccaneer and Patriot games have a decent chance of being televised here. Always have to work around the Charger games that they still give priority to. Colts rarely get on TV on Sunday day games out here.

I can see a 2-3 or 1-4 start with that schedule, trying to break Wentz in, and Fisher possibly not back yet.
In fact, that’s what I expect. |
yep, I think the start of the season will be a bit rocky and we will settle in as the year goes on.
