First of all, Kraft knew that McDaniels was going to Indy. If he wanted to give him a big raise and talk him into staying, he could have done so LONG before now. To wait until after he accepts another job is fucking low, and it fucked over a bunch of assistants that would have been coming to Indy to work under him.

Via Mike Garafolo - The Colts' assistants you've seen reported (e.g. Matt Eberflus as DC) have signed contracts and have been in the team's building, sources say. Indications are they'll still be with the team, albeit under a different HC than McDaniels.

Also, Rapoport is tweeting that special teams coach Joe Judge will also remain with the Pats.
