The official colts vs cards blowout extravaganza

Chuck pagano sucks.

Indiana V2 09-17-2017 07:52 AM

Fire. Chuck. Now.

Colt Classic 09-17-2017 08:01 AM

People are already out tailgating. In a season like this, I couldn't do it. Hats off to them.

natagu23 09-17-2017 08:02 AM

Im just hoping T.Y. has a decent game.

Racehorse 09-17-2017 09:09 AM

Well, we have the third best QB in the game (according to cheats fans) starting for us.

1. Brady
2. Giraffalo
3. Brissett

tailgating is fun. nothing wrong with supporting the team even during a down year.

Plus let's be serious for a minute- is there anyone, small children included, that would be able to stomach watching Chuckball without some chemical assistance?

Oldcolt 09-17-2017 10:18 AM

I hate to admit this but I will be hoping for another slow start and a blow out. Something, anything to get Irsay to fire Pagano. I do not want to see a close game that gives Irsay any reason to keep this guy as coach. If Pagano goes at least I can watch with hope of player development. Nobody is going to develop into anything worthwhile while this very nice man is our coach. Still bumming

Hoopsdoc 09-17-2017 10:23 AM

Can't watch today, taking my family on an all day trip to an amusement park.

I'm sure with a good, desperate team coming to town, one with a good head coach, I'm not gonna miss much.

I'm recording it just in case.

I hope Brisset does at least serviceably well and there are no serious injuries.

Go Colts.

Not getting the game in NJ, so I'll be watching the Red Zone and I expect to see the Colts quite often, unfortunately it most likely will be the Defense giving up TDs !!!!

Four hours of playing cornhole? It'd be fine once in a while, but I guess I'm not a superfan.

Coltsalr 09-17-2017 11:28 AM

I feel like we're stupidly going to win this game.

There is a lot more to do at a tailgate than play cornhole.

When we tailgate, we bring multiple TV's for the game on one and a classic arcade system on the other. We grill out, do football squares for the game, have cornhole boards, dart board, music, footballs to throw around, cigars, and PLENTY of beer/alcohol to drink. That and some crazy friends makes it a blast every time.

Doubt it.

No Luck. No pass rush. No Davis. No coaching. It would surprise me if we didnt get blown out

Coltsalr 09-17-2017 11:59 AM

@mchappell51
Colts lineup changes:
Jacoby Brissett at QB
Malik Hooker at FS
Quincy Wilson at RCB

Good.
Good.
Good.

Like I said, it feels like we're stupidly stumbling toward victory here.

I'm not convinced the Cards are that good and they are quite old, and they have injuries in their own right missing David Johnson and Smoke Brown.

That said. I would agree in the sense that if I had to make a case empirically, a blowout loss would be the conclusion I'd come to. This is just a gut feeling that I can't entirely explain.

All training camp and preseason and the idiot pagano has no clue who should be playing

Maniac 09-17-2017 12:17 PM

It's a Pagano coached team without Luck. We'll easily be down 21 by halftime.

I wonder if this is Ballard intervening or if he's stumbling into the right moves by blind luck.

No chance Pagano grew a brain.

About freaking time.

Coltsalr 09-17-2017 12:26 PM

@HolderStephen
Colts did not announce their OL changes, so that is TBD. But looks like Vujnovich stays at LG and Haeg moving to RT based on warmups.

FatDT 09-17-2017 12:44 PM

It would be great to field the same OL for a few games in a row.

HoosierinFL 09-17-2017 01:06 PM

I'm good with Haeg at RT.

Nice one on one move by Simon, good to see.

Colts And Orioles 09-17-2017 01:07 PM

o

This guy has to be better than Tolzien.

Maniac 09-17-2017 01:10 PM

With this much pressure from arizona, screens to Mack would be something to go with.

HoosierinFL 09-17-2017 01:12 PM

Did they even once try to give it to Turbin in short yardage situations last week?

Colts And Orioles 09-17-2017 01:12 PM

o

I'm actually more impressed with the 2 incomplete passes that avoided 2 sacks by Brisset than I am with the 2 that he has completed, although they were nice also.

It was extremely impressive to get rid of the ball without taking a sack in those 2 situations.

o

Colts And Orioles 09-17-2017 01:16 PM

o

Seriously, this Brissett guy is like a wild animal defending his turf in terms of avoiding sacks.

He reminds me somewhat of Randall Cunningham in that particular aspect.

o

Racehorse 09-17-2017 01:17 PM

Anyone else shocked Pagano didn't decline the penalty?

Colts And Orioles 09-17-2017 01:18 PM

o

Pagano called for a turnover when he saw that the Colts were deep in Cardinal territory, but the offense disobeyed him.

Good for them.

He tried to, but Andrew Luck punched him in the mouth and knocked him unconscious when he saw what he was about to do.

HoosierinFL 09-17-2017 01:20 PM

Well so far this barely looks like the same team we saw last week. On offense a lot of that has to do with the QB. On defense, it's the whole unit just playing better. We'll see if they can keep it up.

I'm liking the vibe of this team right now

Dam8610 09-17-2017 01:31 PM

So, are we giving Pagano credit for a fast start, oh board of "Pagano is a bad coach because slow starts"?
