Different game if Gay didn't suck

Down to the massive hail mary.

At least this dude has the arm and then some.

Sigh...so it goes.

Chromeburn 09-15-2024 03:53 PM

Just going to have to accept this is a development year for AR. But he needs help out there. He can’t do it all himself.

Butter 09-15-2024 03:55 PM

What a shitshow

Brylok 09-15-2024 03:55 PM

At least AR has played the first 2 complete games without injury. Baby steps. Gus can go Greyhound back to Indianapolis. Ballard can rub his ass and ponder the coming heat.

I have zero confidence in Gay. Should have kept the other guy in there.

Does anyone else find it concerning that Richardson threw more interceptions than Willis did incompletions?

Maybe, but if Gay had made that field goal attempt, the Packers would not have had the same game-plan on offense and defense ...... they played according to the scoreboard, which is what they needed to do.

I can accept that no problem. I can no longer accept Bradley & dipshit Ballard.

Also he’s dodging hits as well which shows he learned.

Agreed. No reason to be down on AR. Rough game from him, but that’s going to happen. They gave up 261 yards rushing. They allowed Malik Fucking Willis to complete 86% of his passes. They dropped balls. They missed field goals. They gave up on routes. Their defensive game plan was a joke. And they called some stupid ass plays offensively. AR is the least of my worries about this team.

BCN#1 09-15-2024 04:02 PM

If Bradley is not on the hotseat after this fiasco, then I do not know what it will take anymore.

ChaosTheory 09-15-2024 04:02 PM

Defense was unimaginably bad that first half. Somehow, they only put up 10 points.

The fact that they somehow only 30 yards rushing in the 2nd half and 16 points on the board... the offense should've been able to outproduce that. Especially before JT got hurt.

Bradley will be up to Steichen. Ballard is here till AR fails. Bringing in a new GM will likely mean bringing in new coaches and players, including a QB. No GM wants his career to be decided by a QB he didn’t pick. Unless AR turns into a for sure franchise QB.

As bad as they were first half they showed up in the second.

The Browns just sacked l Trevor Lawrence l in the end-zone, late in the 4th quarter ...... 18-13, Browns over the Jaguars.

The NFL is no longer about half-time adjustments. It's become about series to series adjustments. The fact that Bradley doesn't realize this concept shows how out of touch he is!

He’s essentially a rookie. Yeah he had a season on the sideline. Experience is what he needs on his resume and that hasn't changed in year two.

But yeah, he didn’t get much help.the drops were maddening.

For the most part, yeah. The offense never did. 16 points shouldn't be a problem.

Back-to-back TOP nightmares. We had the ball 19:49 this week. Somehow worse than last week. OFF and DEF contribute to that.

I'm not going to lose my mind this year. AR has to learn. Off to RedZone. Later, y'all.

That’s where the defense is killing them. AR needs touches and they aren’t getting them to him.

BADley doesn't even get season to season adjustments. Dude just sucks balls.

This team is just bad.

People griping about AR, shit, he might have been the brightest spot of the whole fucking catastrophe today- because EVERYONE sucked including Steichen (that run in the red zone causing us to lose a TO... man that is dumb shit football).

This team gonna continue to suck as long as Ballard and BADley are here. Can't overcome that level of suck!

There's a lot of blame to go around, but this series bothered me so much. Second and 1, I said to my fellow fan, play action and take a shot deep. If it fails, then on 3rd just do a QB sneak, the worst would be 4th and inches. Instead, they run, no gain, then a wish bone play where AR does not draw the tackler to him before pitching it out and they lose 3 yards. Then, the shanked FG. All of these plays were called by Steichen.

He regressed in this game. Everything was high or a bullet, he predetermined his target on the second INT, and he made a mistake every time the offense started to build momentum, other than the second to last drive. This is concerning. He is 22, so there's still some hope, but he needs to learn fast.

JT- 103yds on 12 carries ....... and he's on the bench for most of the 4th quarter, that's on Steichen, the great play caller.

The Ravens and the Raiders are both in the AFC.

It's not as relevant as games of division rivals such as the Texans, the Jaguars, or the Titans, but all AFC games are relevant to the Colts.

Also, several posters were dancing on the grave of the Dallas Cowboys in this thread in their blowout loss to the New Orleans Saints ...... so if your upset over the results of an AFC game being posted in the Colts' game thread, you should be disgusted over the results of an NFC game being posted.

It doesn't take clairvoyance ...... just a modest ability to read and comprehend the 5 or 6 posts of the Saints-Cowboys game in this thread.
