I doubt they will TBH. But I do think there could be a very high rated CB or WR that drops. A CB that can cover for longer can help a pass rush and vise versa. A pass rush that gets there quicker keeps the secondary from having to cover for longer periods of time. As far as Turay and Lewis. There is no reason to draft any player if your not going to give them a legit chance. Same with Campbell |

Cosmi is like a Costanzo clone as far as body type, Jenkins seems more like a Charlie Johnson |

What are the odds we know who our first pick is tomorrow night. Most expect a trade down, I'm not so sure. If you think you can fix your LOT for the next 10 years do it at 21. 70/30 we keep it. I'm guessing Ballard will surprise me one way or another.

I agree if the next 10 year LT is there at 21 then take him and dont look back.
But ballard loves value and extra picks so I expect a trade down. It wouldnt surprise me to go a different direction at 21 then get LT somewhere is second round. Ballard has acknowledged that OL is deep and talented this year so.... |

Saints looking to move up in front of Titans. Ballard could add pick and move from 1.21 to 1.28 still get a LT ?

Saints are reportedly targeting CB Caleb Farley according to the rumors. The rumors could also be from his agent trying to boost his draft stock. |

In their all trades mock draft, ESPN had speculated the price would be about 2 third round picks (New Orleans has a 3rd round comp pick this year in addition to the regular pick). Instead of getting two 3rd round picks this year, I wonder if Ballard would prefer one this year and one next year with the hope that scouting / draft preparation would be more back to normal for the 2022 draft. |

I bet we stay at 21 and pick up the best OT available. Ballard believes in line play and likely will not risk losing out on a great one with so many teams having suspect OLines. Or I could be wrong and he trades back twice.

I would love to see the Colts take a look at Stanford tackle Walker Little, he looks like a beast, but a beast who sat out last year and suffered a serious knee injury in the first game of 2019. Hopefully with the significant time off, he will be fully healed and ready to resume playing. If we could get him in the 3rd or 4th round, he could prove to be an absolute steal.
|
A TE we might like in this draft is Kenny Yeboah. He is not a great blocker at this time, a former WR. But he does catch the ball well running down the seam and that’s something this offense likes and Wentz loves to throw. He would be a day three pick.
