This game and the circumstances surrounding it was mildly reminiscent of the 2008 Titans season, when they had an overall record of 13-3 and were the #1 seed in the AFC ...... they lost their divisional playoff game against the Ravens by 3 points.

The Cincinnati Bengals have been in existence since 1968, and this is only the 3rd time ever in which they reached the AFC Championship game.

The 1981 Bengals made it to the Super Bowl with Ken Anderson at quarterback, and the 1988 Bengals made it to the Super Bowl with Boomer Esiason at quarterback.
