Last few days I can’t get the series to start that I had been watching (Halo). Have been to 2streamtv troubleshooting and have tried most everything. Other series do not work either. This is what I get constantly-

Can't really watch football games anymore without constant buffering, everything else works fine on the live tv portion. Wondering if getting a VPN would help. It just may be possible that Comcast is throttling my NFL content. My speed is not an issue. I even went through the trouble shooting document Ashley sent me.

Common thing people don't do, usually on websites... Clear your cache.
Go to setting, apps, choose Shockwave and clear cache. Just don't "clear all data" or whatever. |

I finally got off of my lazy ass and read the trouble shooting guide.
All my issues were my fault. They have since been corrected by reading the TSG. One of my biggest problems was that my firestick had way too many apps that took up all my available space. I have since replaced them with a Firestick 4k MAX with double the available space. Another great point in the TSG was to do weekly maintenance. This tv service is working great now. |

I’ve got a problem with series page. I’ve only got 86 series to pick from. All the ones I was watching are gone. I’ve reset and cleared the firestick cache and it didn’t help. Anybody have any idea why this happened? Have all the movies and tv networks like I used to.

For those who travel and take their firestick w/ them is there anything special that needs to be done when doing this for the App to work ok (like logging out and back in)? Will be back in Indy for Christmas next week and thinking of taking it w/ me.

Has anyone had where the movies saved in your favorites have been replaced by blanks? This has happened previously with 1 or 2 being replaced on occasion, so it wasn't a big deal. But I logged in yesterday and found half of my saved favorites are gone and been replaced w/ blanks. It's not the end of the world b/c from what I can tell most of the removed movies are still available so I can just re-favorite them. But I'm not able to remove the blanks. Hoping someone knows a trick to get rid of them or how to clear all of your favorites.
Also, I have Gold and use the Shockwave app. Thanks in advance. |

Can anyone tell me why I'm not getting any college football games ? I've got a lot of channels listed but every time I click on to one, I get "no program listed"message. I've got the same level of service that I had last year.

Did anyone else have trouble w/ the game today? Seemed like it was buffering every 2 minutes from about the halfway point of the 3rd quarter on. It typically does it once or twice a game for me, which isn't a big deal, but it was bad enough that I cleared the cache, restarted, unplugged and plugged my router in multiple times during the game.
Most of what I missed was mop up time, but still annoyed that I missed it. |
Today is 10/23/2025, has anyone lost their service today ?? When I try to log in I get a message that says my account is invalid or has expired, and the phone number I have ( 260-627-7132 ) is not in service. HELP !!!

I'm not having the any log in issues, but the feed for the Colts game is horrendous today. First it wouldn't connect at all. Then after it did it's been non-stop buffering, skipping ahead, buffering, plays ok for a minute, then repeat. Completely unwatchable. Tried all of the tricks and it's not helping at all (reset the modem and router multiple times, cleared cache and restarted the firestick multiple times). 2nd time in 3 weeks I've had issues, but this is by far the worst.
Guess I'm going to have to head up to the bar if I'm going to be able to watch the 2nd half :cool:. |
