Last few days I can’t get the series to start that I had been watching (Halo). Have been to 2streamtv troubleshooting and have tried most everything. Other series do not work either. This is what I get constantly-

Rebooting is worth a shot, but most of the time I just use the remote and move to a channel up or down and then go back, usually you do this a few times and you will get a good connection. Sometimes this will happen repeatedly and it can be frustrating, but I find if you are patient and stick with it, it almost always clears up.

Can't really watch football games anymore without constant buffering, everything else works fine on the live tv portion. Wondering if getting a VPN would help. It just may be possible that Comcast is throttling my NFL content. My speed is not an issue. I even went through the trouble shooting document Ashley sent me.

Any tips?

Common thing people don't do, usually on websites... Clear your cache.

Go to setting, apps, choose Shockwave and clear cache. Just don't "clear all data" or whatever.

Thanks, Will do. I'll check it out next Sunday. It only buffers on the football games.

I finally got off of my lazy ass and read the trouble shooting guide.

All my issues were my fault.

They have since been corrected by reading the TSG.

One of my biggest problems was that my firestick had way too many apps that took up all my available space. I have since replaced them with a Firestick 4k MAX with double the available space. Another great point in the TSG was to do weekly maintenance.

This tv service is working great now.

Took your advice Spike and bought a new FireStick 4K Max, I hardly have any buffering now at all and the picture is even better! Thanks for tipping us off on this!

I’ve got a problem with series page. I’ve only got 86 series to pick from. All the ones I was watching are gone. I’ve reset and cleared the firestick cache and it didn’t help. Anybody have any idea why this happened? Have all the movies and tv networks like I used to.

Just checked and all of the series I had saved are still there (I think). Maybe just a glitch w/ their server and it's fixed now?

For those who travel and take their firestick w/ them is there anything special that needs to be done when doing this for the App to work ok (like logging out and back in)? Will be back in Indy for Christmas next week and thinking of taking it w/ me.

I think it depends on your package... I feel like I saw that some are locked to your IP address.

I've taken mine to my parents' before and it worked like normal. Just don't forget the damn remote, or you're fucked.

I have used mine in Florida twice, no problem! Like Chaos said, don't forget your remote, I did the first time and there is a work around, but believe me, you do not want to do that!

Most likely you will have to log out and then back in. But first try unplugging from the power for a minute If that doesn't work you'll have to log out and back in. Unfortunately you lose all of your favorites

Love the TV package. I'm going to the in-laws for a week starting tomorrow. Is there a way to use the service on my MacBook? I have read through the thread and being the dumbass I am, couldn't find any clear answer on using it on a computer, or how to do so.

I have never tried. But assume it would be like an iphone. You'll need to download the smarters app

Has anyone had where the movies saved in your favorites have been replaced by blanks? This has happened previously with 1 or 2 being replaced on occasion, so it wasn't a big deal. But I logged in yesterday and found half of my saved favorites are gone and been replaced w/ blanks. It's not the end of the world b/c from what I can tell most of the removed movies are still available so I can just re-favorite them. But I'm not able to remove the blanks. Hoping someone knows a trick to get rid of them or how to clear all of your favorites.

Also, I have Gold and use the Shockwave app.

I just saw this so I'm sure you have already found a solution, but for anyone else in the future....I use the service on my MacBook Pro all the time. I use the IPTV Smerters Pro App, works great!

Can anyone tell me why I'm not getting any college football games ? I've got a lot of channels listed but every time I click on to one, I get "no program listed"message. I've got the same level of service that I had last year.

Did you run an "update" to the channel list today? With live TV, you have to update it on the day that you want to watch it.

Did anyone else have trouble w/ the game today? Seemed like it was buffering every 2 minutes from about the halfway point of the 3rd quarter on. It typically does it once or twice a game for me, which isn't a big deal, but it was bad enough that I cleared the cache, restarted, unplugged and plugged my router in multiple times during the game.

Most of what I missed was mop up time, but still annoyed that I missed it.

I'm not having the any log in issues, but the feed for the Colts game is horrendous today. First it wouldn't connect at all. Then after it did it's been non-stop buffering, skipping ahead, buffering, plays ok for a minute, then repeat. Completely unwatchable. Tried all of the tricks and it's not helping at all (reset the modem and router multiple times, cleared cache and restarted the firestick multiple times). 2nd time in 3 weeks I've had issues, but this is by far the worst.

Guess I'm going to have to head up to the bar if I'm going to be able to watch the 2nd half :cool:.

Go to the Indy CBS channel and it is buffer free.

Cool. Thanks for the suggestion! Hate to do it b/c I know we're supposed to stick to the NFL feed for games, but if the CBS feed actually works and the NFL feed doesn't then eff it.

I move off the NFL feed whenever needed. If it works better going to the local channel, I look up the station I need and move to it.

I probably have to do it 3 or 4 times a season.
