I can't believe I'm on that bandwagon now, but if it was his call to bench Richardson, yes, go away Steichen.

Yeah, but if that's the case so be it. Eventually he'll have to play.

Taylor not in on the last few plays is bad coaching.

I believe he’s hurt again

nate505 11-03-2024 11:58 PM

Poor defense, I feel bad for how their effort was rewarded today.

apballin 11-03-2024 11:59 PM

Steichen has regressed worse than AR

Dewey 5 11-03-2024 11:59 PM

Out coached every week. Steichen & Ballard are both gone at season’s end

His clock management is questionable.

And Jim is probably stepping down, the daughters have no fucking clue, this franchise is in real trouble!

Having no clue might be in their favor. Hire someone competent and stay out of the way.

I don't understand the timeout on 3rd and inches. Really stupid.

How can you hire someone competent when you have no clue?

YDFL Commish 11-04-2024 12:03 AM

F U Bradley!

nate505 11-04-2024 12:03 AM

And that's the game

They're around people who have clues. And eventually results speak for themselves, for better or worse.

WaynesWorld87 11-04-2024 12:05 AM

Game. Set. Match. Season.

Schedule only gets more difficult and a reeling Sam Darnold led Vikings were maybe our most "winnable" game in November (Jets likely "most" winnable...kinda).

Don't hate or blame Luck for his retirement, but fuck...shit continues to suck for a 6th straight season since it happened.

albany ed 11-04-2024 12:06 AM

As Don Meredith used to say turn out the lights?

Dewey 5 11-04-2024 12:08 AM

The Steichen era is quickly coming to an end

DragonTails 11-04-2024 12:08 AM

He just won't throw it to the RB

Spike 11-04-2024 12:09 AM

Turn out the lights, the party's over. Thank God. Couldn't take much more of this shit show. So inept on offense tonight. 3 points given to us by a turnover and a defensive TD. So sad. Embarrassing that this is the show they put out on a Sunday night game.

AR needs to be reinstated as the starting QB from now until the end of the season. See what we got, and if he starts to improve. I'm done with all these old ass QB's.

CletusPyle 11-04-2024 12:10 AM

Team has quit....might as well take a knee!

I was wrong, I thought Flacco would do much better, but I see no reason to play Flacco, he's washed up...play AR, and draft Kurtis Rourke this spring!

nate505 11-04-2024 12:16 AM

Hey, he passed to a RB. What a fucking miracle

Dewey 5 11-04-2024 12:17 AM

Steichen tapped out

nate505 11-04-2024 12:19 AM

Well, the one possession game streak remains intact, I guess.

CletusPyle 11-04-2024 12:20 AM

That's why the Colts never get any prime time games, they are not an entertaining football team!

Colts And Orioles 11-04-2024 12:23 AM

o

(THE COLTS' DEFENSE)

I thought that the Colts' defense had an excellent 1st half.

They had a sub-par start to the 2nd half ...... then got a big INT early in the 4th quarter, followed by a much-needed stop 5 minutes later.

The Vikings finished it off with a TD late in the 4th quarter to put the game away.

Possessions: lllllllllllllllllllllllll 10

Punts: lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll. 2

Fumble: lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.. 1 ) (Scoop-6 for a TD)

INT: llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll,, 2

Missed FG's: lllllllllllllllllllll,t)) 2

TD: llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll lt 3

Dam8610 11-04-2024 01:07 AM

So after the worst offensive performance of the season, can we just give AR the job back?

I'm betting we get flexed out. We'll know by Tuesday.

Hoopsdoc 11-04-2024 05:54 AM

What now Steichen, you dumb fuck?

You benched your quarterback of the future and the offense is even worse.

albany ed 11-04-2024 07:02 AM

The one thing I thought we'd see out of Flacco was experienced decision making and the ability to keep cool in the face of chaos. That didn't happen, so for me, the rationale for sitting AR is absent. I no longer feel that sitting AR is the right decision. I still don't think he's ready to be a starter, but I'd be OK with him sinking or swimming.

CletusPyle 11-04-2024 08:25 AM

Anybody listen to Steichen's presser, I would love to hear him spin this crapfest! I totally understand his thinking for switching to Flacco, but not the way he did it. This could have been done so easily in private, AR is still a little banged up, I want to give him a little more time, etc etc Now he needs to go back to AR, and a lot of damage has been done....I would like to believe AR would respond to the benching positively and be determined to prove everyone wrong....I think instead will get the same inconsistent play....

But what a story it would be if AR does get back in, has the right attitude, and it all starts coming together for him! Colts play loose and determined to prove everyone wrong and go on a 8 game winning streak!

Brylok 11-04-2024 08:29 AM

Maybe it's time to clean house from top to bottom. I am no longer opposed to it, anyway.

ChoppedWood 11-04-2024 08:29 AM

Oh my Lord what disaster we are. That was a disgraceful debacle, a display of appalling ineptness.

Flacco was bad, no question, terrible is probably most appropriate, but those here patting the D on the back for their performance- are you kidding me? Once again, look at the TOP. Once again just trounced in the TOP department. Why- why is it constantly this way--- motherfucking Sam Darnold completed 82% of his damn passes for almost 300! The middle of that defense was 4,000 yards wide with no one to fill. He averaged 10.4 per pass and I only recall the one deep shot down the sideline to Jefferson- meaning EVERYTHING was a nice comfortable 8-9 yard time killer.

There are so many people on this team that need to be fired. We won't move on from Ballard until season's end, IF we even do (we could lose out and Ballard will still be here next year...). But this morning, Gus Bradley should be gone. Every game, every damn game these QB's just chew up the zone and leave our offense standing on the sidelines watching the game.

Nah man, AR was not and is not the problem with this team. Steichen is real proud of himself for his player accountability, but there is ZERO accountability on himself or his coaches, zero, and that shit is real fucking old!

I'd be surprised if we don't.

Colts vs Jets on primetime? No one wants to see that.

Mr. Session 11-04-2024 08:38 AM

This is the first time I've felt Steichen can go too.

I appreciate his sense of urgency on the sideline, I really have found that refreshing vs. what we had in Reich, but honestly Reich could have gotten us these results.

I'm tired of Rookie HC's. Exhausted.

Everyone has Bradley's zone figured out, the only reason it wasn't 42-3 was the D line play, these guys played their asses off and deserve some credit!
