What will get lost in the thrill of that catch is the fact that on the play before the touchdown, Flacco avoided a sack and instead got a 1-yard gain ...... if Flacco had taken a sack on that play, then the ensuing play would have been much harder from the 16-yardline instead of the 11-yardline.
