Robinson was due a $1 million roster bonus on Tuesday. Decision had to be made now one way or the other as a result.

Not sure I understand some of these moves but oh well. Not a big loss

Kind of surprised Robinson was released. He wasn't great, but unless a deal with a better CB is incoming, it seems kind of dumb to release him and hope the draft fixes everything.

No one has said that. That's just me talking. But the guy played seven games and rarely practiced. And they paid him $5 million.
