Do Pro Bowl punters come from teams with horrible records more often than not ??? And if so, is it because they get to showcase their kicking much more often???

The Pro Bowl and all of its surrounding circumstances is by far my least knowledgeable aspect of professional football history ...... I have almost no idea how any of it works, largely because I don't care.

Or is that presuming the locker room atmosphere isn't toxic.

The bet would be which QB can complete the most passes to them.

ChoppedWood 01-05-2025 04:23 PM

Brylok 01-05-2025 04:24 PM

A vendor on the north end of the arena said, l "Hot dogs, here !!!"

A fan on the south end of the arena said, l "I'll take one !!!"

He is perfect on giving up third and long

ChoppedWood 01-05-2025 04:28 PM

Ummm that front for the huge run, boy that was championship level strategy right there.

That motherfucker better be delivered a pink slip while still on the sidelines!

IndyNorm 01-05-2025 04:28 PM

3rd and 11 and they run for 22 (smh).

Yep. His scheme is to go into a prevent any time the opponent is at 2nd/3rd and long.

Mr. Session 01-05-2025 04:32 PM

Awful drive by Franklin.

I love it.

Brylok 01-05-2025 04:33 PM

Ha. Go Jags. Give us better draft position.

Racehorse 01-05-2025 04:33 PM

Blackmon caused the fumble, and then gave up on the play.

CletusPyle 01-05-2025 04:34 PM

Time to bring Sam in, make him earn his paycheck!

I thought Franklin did with his elbow.

Which is hilarious to me because he had no intention of wrapping up the ball carrier.

Franklin caused the fumble, but took himself out of the play doing it.

It is incredible to watch. You almost don't believe he's really doing it, but time and time again, he does it and the results are catastrophic, but it is NEVER stopped. That to me, is an scathing indictment of Steichen. He has a responsibility to put a stop that that shit but he doesn't!

Brylok 01-05-2025 04:40 PM

BOOOOoooo

Haha

CletusPyle 01-05-2025 04:41 PM

Gay went straight on that one!

When the gun sounds to end the 4th quarter, we need l Bob Lamey l to come out of retirement to say, l "The game is over ...... it's finally fucking over."

"He fumbled the fucking football!"

Lost to the 3-13 Giants
Struggling mightily, at home, in the last game of the season, against the 4-12 Jags

Fire.Everybody.

But they won't/can't.

The game's not over yet. We'll probably end up losing this one.

But Shane said “we’re close”.

Lamey is 86, stills lives in Indy!

I predicted we would give up 25+ points. If we do, we will lose.

I am absolutely hoping so.

Every loss increases the draft placement and it also puts just that much more pressure on Jim to gut this thing. This is a disgrace of a game and he has to see the apathy that has settled in.

It's the Jags, of course we lose.

Brylok 01-05-2025 04:49 PM

Reminds me of the early 90s. Last game of the year. You could get a 6 inch sub at Subway for the cost of the point differential if the winless Colts won. I was in my little pickup truck, waiting for the game to end.
Colts won by a TD. By the time I got to Subway, like 3 miles away, they were "out of bread".

ChoppedWood 01-05-2025 04:51 PM

If we weren't so committed to Gay we would be winning.

Mr. Session 01-05-2025 04:51 PM

If these assholes force me to watch an overtime period I’m going to be livid.

Racehorse 01-05-2025 04:51 PM

The kickers are a Little Gay, if you ask me

Time for Pierce

ChoppedWood 01-05-2025 04:54 PM

Steichen really isn't very good is he?

CletusPyle 01-05-2025 04:54 PM
