Here's another oddity ...... the Green Bay Packers not only became the first team this season to clinch a playoff berth, but they also clinched their division title. So the Packers have at least a #4-seed locked up, while nobody else in the NFL even has a #7-seed locked up. o |

Used the playoff machine again and plugged in some reasonable picks. I have a hard time coming up with a scenario where the Colts don't get in. Personally, I don't think it's a stretch that they win out.
TEN could realistically lose to SF and MIA which would give the Colts the division lead with a week left in the season. That's wild. Believe it or not, with those two losses, TEN has a backdoor shot at missing the playoffs. If BUF beats NE next week, that opens the door for MIA to win out and bump TEN. Tie-breakers would dictate MIA over NE and NE over TEN. MIA hasn't lost since Halloween. Hasn't been a murderer's row, but they've taken down NE and BAL. So that's interesting. The AFC North logjam surprisingly could end up only producing one playoff team in the division champ. Also interesting. Not saying I expect it, but it's actually not the craziest set of circumstances that lead to the Colts being the #2 seed. |

For all intents and purposes, Jimmy Garoppolo just single-handedly screwed the Colts out of a legitimate chance of catching and passing the Titans for the AFC South title ...... Tennessee might lose to the Dolphins next week, but I don't think that there's any way that they will lose to the Texans in the season finale unless they allow Deshaun Watson to play (which they won't.) o |

And by the way, I'm with Puck now ...... if the Colts can't win the division title, I hope that we get the Titans in the first round of the playoffs so that we can kick the living shit out of their overrated asses. It takes a lot to get me angry on these boards, and I'm pissed. o |
1. Colts have been a much better team on the road than at home.
2. There are NO dominant unbeatable AFC teams with great home records. The best AFC teams have 2 or more losses in their stadium. 3. Colts have a great shot at running the gauntlet against everything based on 1&2 |

Division title flags are not embarrassing ...... AFC Finalist flags, even though an appearance in the conference championship game is actually more of an accomplishment than just winning a division is, are questionable at best. o |

Agreed. Reactionary feelings on my part, immediately following a game in which the Titans easily could have extended their losing ways and allowed us back into the division title race. o |

4 consecutive losses for the Ravens, now. I agree that the Ravens screwed the Colts ...... but they didn't screw them by losing to the Steelers, they screwed them by beating the Colts earlier in the season. o |

For Harbaugh to cry about the Bengals throwing late to try and get Burrow to 500 yards passing shows what kind of front running bitch he is. It was like a month ago that the Ravens were calling run plays late in an already decided game to keep their 100 yard rushing streak alive. F*** that guy. |

From what I read, he didn't complain about it. When asked about the Bengals throwing late in the 4th quarter with a 20-point lead, Harbaugh said, "They call their plays, we call ours." https://clutchpoints.com/ravens-news...ach-525-yards/ o |

He knew better than saying something publicly but he sure as hell said something to Zac Taylor. |

I just saw the video of the post-game handshake. It was about 5 or 6 seconds total, and there was nothing on it to indicate that Harbaugh was angry, or any way of reading his lips about what he said to Taylor. He may have been angry inside, and he may have commented on it in that brief exchange in the post-game handshake, but he didn't show anger during the handshake and he didn't complain or say anything about it in the post-game press conference. o |

It’s as clear as day that Harbaugh was upset about something. https://twitter.com/noah_p42/status/...294406656?s=20 If you can’t see that, I’d suggest getting your eyes checked. And of course he’s not going to say anything publicly, for the reasons I just explained. He did the exact same thing himself recently. |

My eyes are fine, thanks for your concern. I said that he may have said something about it in their brief exchange, and he may have been upset inside, but he didn't show it. I think that you're looking at a reason to pile on Harbaugh. His team got beaten badly, and he got some payback/dose of his own medicine for the stat-padding that he displayed only several weeks before. That's good enough for me for the team that I hate more than any professional sports franchise in the world. o |

Also, I am looking for a reason to pile on the Ravens because they’ve been the luckiest team I’ve ever seen for most of this year. They should have like 4 wins. |
The Colts could clinch the playoffs this weekend while the Division leading Titans do not.
I saw this yesterday and meant to post it. Maybe you've realized it on your own. But this just goes to show what an unusually wide open season this. https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comment..._in_which_the/ |

I just saw where they have a Monday night game for wildcard weekend. $1000 says that the Colts end up in that spot.
