I'd rather not give up draft choices and end up with a "Jay Cutler". This is a situation where the Colts can't trade from strength. The asking price will be high.

Two things a QB will need in this offense.

1. He's got to read the D
2. Be accurate with the ball. Even if it's a check down

If he can figure out what the D is doing, he can adjust. But he's got to hit the target. If he's a turnover machine, then the D can't hold up

This team doesn't need a big arm, they need an accurate arm

With this D, and the O line (if healthy), the QB shouldn't gamble too much. He can be Tom Brady, a game manager.
