Feels like the appropriate time for the 2019 prediction thread. I think I’ll take them down from 11 to 6 wins. I do think there’s a chance Brissett could surprise and they win 8 or 9.

I'd rather not give up draft choices and end up with a "Jay Cutler". This is a situation where the Colts can't trade from strength. The asking price will be high.

I guess that must be the only alternative, sigh.

So was Luck

I feel like 8-8 is about right.

I brought up Eli before in some context

He is a free agent after this season, so would not likely have been trading for him before this year even if known earlier, not for one season.

Foles.....who knows? Would have been interesting to see if they brought him in had we known earlier given the relationship with Reich

Two things a QB will need in this offense.

1. He's got to read the D
2. Be accurate with the ball. Even if it's a check down

If he can figure out what the D is doing, he can adjust. But he's got to hit the target. If he's a turnover machine, then the D can't hold up

This team doesn't need a big arm, they need an accurate arm

Pretty much what every QB on every team has to do.

You are a genius! Too much sarcasim?

With this D, and the O line (if healthy), the QB shouldn't gamble too much. He can be Tom Brady, a game manager.
