My guess is it’s a combination of being mad he didn’t get the head job and it would be awkward working for the guy who beat him out.

Either way, it’s a loss for Indy if he leaves.

He’s a good coach and, imo, will be a head coach at some point.

Official now - Ventrone to the Browns. Cleveland also gave him the Asst Head Coach title.
