Not disagreeing there (although the line getting completely blown up on other plays is definitely a backup OL problem).

But having AR (or Jones for that matter) play with mostly backups increases the risk of injury and doesn't give you an opportunity to properly evaluate him.

Also, while Raimann, Q, and Smith don't invidually need the reps the OL unit does since they have 2 new starters out there.

Jelani Woods sighting.

Called for a false start before his inevitable season ending injury later in the game.

When he leaves with an injury, everyone take a shot.

Yep he’s another guy that can get the fuck off this team

Well, its a great idea if you don't want him to succeed. I missed the 1st few minutes of the game...but, other than Warren, I didn't see any of the skill position starters out there either.

That's a good point. Not to be a conspiracy theorist, but if we roll all of the starters out next week to play w/ Jones then it's pretty hard not to say that Steichen wants Jones to win the QB battle.

I'm thanking the post for the info, not because I'm happy about the outcome.

Anybody still think Anthony will ever be able to survive a complete season in the NFL? 1/2 a season? A couple of games? You can't build a team around this guy, trade him and get what you can and draft a QB 1st round next season unless the Browns let Dillion Gabriel go, I'd take that guy in a second!

No, there’s no way. We just have to muddle through this season, wait for the inevitable house cleaning that’s coming, and hope they get it right next time.

It really sucks going into a season knowing how it’s going to play out.

They can win with Daniel Jones at QB, everything revolves around Jonathan Taylor

"Ever" is a long time. He just turned 23, although it's a sport in which a career can end in a single play.

Last year, he played a little more than 1/2 of a season. He may, or he may not. We'll find out eventually.
