Well, they did bring back Ronnie Harrison Jr. today if the Colts want to rob from the Safety group.

Harrison Jr was signed to the practice squad and the team listed him as a Safety, not a LB.

We have signed S Ronnie Harrison Jr. and CB Kelvin Joseph to the practice squad.

We have also released DE Titus Leo from the practice squad.

Unfortunately I think this has to do with Blackmon

I don't think Ballard sucks per se. but his inability to fix know issues is a fire able offense.

we all knew this secondary, at best, had zero depth. and he sat on his hands. championship teams don't do this

there is no cap space saved trophy

Embrace the disappointment, I hope Dallis Flowers is up to the task. Unfortunately the CB free agent cupboard has a lot of molded bread on it.

Let's thank Ballard for waiting until disaster strikes.

Yep, Blackmon hasn't practiced the last 2 days- shoulder. Blackmon also missed the end of the year= shoulder.

Hey Jim, wake the fuck up, your GM could have used a ten dollar bill and some cracker jacks to bring in a couple seasoned dudes who could have learned the system JUST IN CASE they were needed, he didn't!

Jim wake up, your GM is still working for the Chiefs, dude is successfully ensuring at least one of the Chiefs challengers will never be in a position to dethrone them. Dude is straight on the take!

CHRIS BALLARD YOU FUCKING SUCK!

What a horrible take. Ballard is not helping the Chiefs. Get a grip!

Each year Ballard ignores glaring holes, over and over and over, same damn theme. He'll of course arrogantly tell everyone he doesn't, but he does.

Got ~$20MM sitting in the salary account, it doesn't roll over, Jim can't stick it in his pocket, it's just funny money in a spreadsheet that converts to $0 when the new year starts.

8 years
2 Playoff appearances
1 Playoff win
0 Division titles

Looks to me like he sure as hell is doing more for the other teams in the NFL than he is for the Colts.

FUCK CHRIS BALLARD!

FUCK CHRIS BALLARD!

You're completely wrong about the salary cap. The extra space does Rollover to the next year.

You lost all credibility when you ignorantly claimed the money does not roll over. Blind hatred is bad for the soul.

Ok, so my bad. So dickfuck will just sit on the ~$20M through league end and then tell the NFL he wants to roll it. So can any one of his defenders give a plausible explanation why that would help us vs paying a couple 6-8 year defensive backfield vets ~$6-$7M a year to learn the system and help the team the minute we invariably suffer injuries at the position?

Why in the FUCK are there people on here that continue to support his conservative ass fucking approach to this team?

Every fucking year it is about NEXT year. At some fucking point it isn't about next year, it HAS to be about the current year. If AR performs in accordance with his pick, in a couple years we will owe him ~$70M. When that happens, there's gonna be some big lineup losses that result. Then what- rebuild with 2033 in mind? Can't you see his approach is always a kick the can down the curb approach?

I to a degree get that this year is a year which will be hyper focused on AR's progression, and most likely we are a borderline playoff team and not much more. Ok, sure, can roll with that. But why in the FUCK is that an excuse for leaving an area of the team completely naked- when EVERY FUCKING HUMAN ALIVE that has ever watched football was screaming we were too inexperienced and too thin on that back line- and he just ignored it with some cap to work with to at least TRY to put a band aid on it? Why, and explain WHY that would be a smart move? So next year we now pretty much know going in, we have to draft CB's and S's at the top of the draft. Great, really fucking great to know that after game 1 of a fucking season. Unless we have a series of Love type situations, this year's roster of QB's to be faced vs last year, with this backfield, and with Gus Bradley's fraidy cat approach having to be expanded even more to compensate for dudes off the street- we are gonna give up billions of passing yards.

I just do not get people who rationalize how bad this motherfucker is at being a GM. It's the NFL, you do not see teams have this sustained level of blah stick with the same people that made the franchise blah, you just don't. He is a fucking joke!
