Their pass blocking has been good, but last in rush yards per attempt? How does that happen?

HoosierinFL )was correct in pointing out that the defense was excellent overall in the 2nd half ...... this is a game thread, and game threads are a little different than the main board in that posters are generally more reactionary in the heat of the moment. My post criticizing them for failing to make that final stop was more reactionary than objective. Previous to that series, the defense allowed the team to get back into the game by making 4 consecutive stops (2 Punts and 2 INT's.)

Not saying Taylor will be a top 5 back but I don’t think it is just he has terrible vision

Can we agree that his vision needs to improve and that he's leaving some plays on the field?

I believe that he will get this fixed, because of Rathman, JT's character and work ethic and the realization the Wisconsin holes are not NFL holes.

This is fair.

He’s absolutely leaving a lot of yards on the field. But I honestly think it’s because the speed of the pro game is so much faster.

Once things slow down for him he’ll start taking those yards.

Is he taking bad losses in the backfield? Is he hitting the wrong hole?

I dont believe that is a problem. No off season, no preseason. New Offense and learning how the O line plays. I think it will get better because he attacks down hill, every time. Of all the offensive problems, hes not one.

Mostly he is missing cut back lanes.
