I'm proud of our guys. They just kept fighting to the end and never gave up. A play here, a play there, and we walk away with a win. Gotta give Jax credit. They're a hell of a team. Don't let their record fool you. A play here, a play there, and they are unbeaten. But yeah, we had a lot of injuries coming in and no excuses, next man up, but that makes it harder. And that's on me, I gotta put these guys in a position to win. Not gonna say much more about that, just gotta go back to the tape and get that stuff cleaned up. But I'm proud of these guys. Just no quit in em'. Offense played well enough to win. Maybe went to the deep pass a little too early in the fourth. Coulda waited a bit longer. But that's on me. Gotta give Joe credit. First start, vet presence, bad wheels, nearly pulled it off. The d played deceptively well. You throw out a half dozen big plays and we walk away with a win. That's not on them. That's on me. Nuff said. Hell of a game. Sad that someone had to lose but that's football. We didn't really lose, we just didn't win. But these guys are all winners. Top to bottom organizationally. No quit from top to bottom. Gotta put this one in the rear view and get ready for Tennessee. Gonna be a tall order, hell of a team, hell of a team.

Saving you the trouble of watching Steichen's post game press conference.

Good teams win these type of games. Injuries, bad luck, none of it matters. Good teams find a way.

Jacksonville is bad. They aren’t going anywhere. If the Colts wanna be good, they need to win these games.

They just can’t do it.

Hell, Green Bay beat us with a quarterback they had for 3 weeks.

Along with Richardson and Taylor,( both always injured ) Bradley, ( just absolutely incompetent ) and Irsay for allowing it to happen !!

Don't get me wrong, our defense has been a joke most of the year so far, so people need to be held accountable, but can't ignore the injuries either.

Obviously the injuries are a factor, but here's how horrible our D was today:

- The Jagoffs scored 2.5x their average of the first 4 games of the season.
- Lawrence threw for a career high in yards, which was 2x his average in the first 4 games.
- His completion % was 82% today vs. 53% in the first 4 games.
- Our Run D actually held up better than I thought as they rushed for 126 which was right at their average and 5.5 ypc which is .2 less than their average.

I would trade Gus Bradley for Jack DelRio without a second thought.

Holy Mother Theresa in an F-16. If I have to hear one more post-game opposition report including the words "career high" one more damn time I'm gonna shove someone in a wood chipper.

I gave the Colts maybe a 10 percent chance of winning this game. So I’m not surprised they lost.

I’m more irritated at the WAY they lost.
