A few adjustments and just a little more aggression on offense and they can pull this out still.

The D has looked good today. Texans given 14 points and the Texans’ O has had great field position all day. Clean up the Colt offensive mistakes and we’ll get right back in this

It could be that Irsay has instructed Ballard not to spend his money. Also,just because a team has a ton of cap space that doesn't mean they have the on hand cash. And that's what free agency is all about. The Rams have it.
