Again, that wasn’t proven. Just a report leaked to save pagano’s job

Grigson never said a word. Although he has admitted publicly to being a dick as a gm yet hasn’t said anything that I have heard about pagano or anyone.

Pagano got all his coaches fired and recently admitted Luck got him more years than he deserved.

Not really hard to connect the dots

I know Grigson has an NFL job today, but Pagano...? Speaks volumes!

Come on Omaha...you're better than that. Where there's smoke there's fire. While I believe that Pagano and his staff (with his blessing) were the source of the leaks, in no way, do I think that those events didn't transpire.

Sure, Pagano was a spineless snake for not standing up to Grigson from the beginning, for being the source of the leaks and for throwing almost every assistant coach under the bus for his failures, but I have no doubt that the leaks did not misrepresent Grigson as something that he wasn't.

If, and it’s a big if, he wasn’t man enough to stand up to a gm who was about to be fired that is 100% on him. I have much more respect for Grigson He at least has admitted he was an ass and taken responsibility for it. Moving on

I believe the rumors that grigson was a dick. His free agent signings and draft picks are well known to be not good enough.

His meddling is something I don’t know if true. Other than the normal high draft picks and big contracts get more chances. That is with every organization though.

Just blindly believing everything that came out about grigson seems foolish especially since we can pretty clearly see where they were coming from

Why are we still having this debate? Proven: Pagano was a horrible coach. Proven: Grigson was a horrible evaluator/selector of talent. BOTH sucked at THE core element of their jobs. Everything else re character, intentions, leadership are just noise. Neither one were worthy of their positions leading the Colts and that rests at Irsays feet. I hope/think he has learned as a result that he needs to step back and stay focused on what he does well.......writing big-ass checks.

I heard an interview with Grigson a month or two ago and he regretted not building a better relationship with the local media. He kinda ignored them and went about his job. I’m just glad both are gone. Grigson couldn’t draft talent, and Pagano couldn’t close out games. We finally have a seemingly smart and strategic coach. And so far I like most of what the gm has done. Like the direction they are going.

I am very excited about Reich as a coach. I have my doubts about Ballard though. Hopefully he lives up to his reputation

Yeah I heard that too. It was on Sirius nfl...He didn't reveL much.

You don't really need proof of the obvious with how bad the play calling was under Pagano.

Well at least 99% of us on here don't need proof of it. A few lonely Pagano defenders might be finally convinced.

He was consistent. You could count on every big decision to be wrong.

Considering the salaries involved, I am astonished how bad this strategy was.
